During my time studying at Hasanuddin University, I have had the pleasure of pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering. As a Yemeni student, I have found a home away from home at UNHAS, and I am grateful for the opportunity to study here. The Ocean Engineering program at UNHAS stood out to me when I was searching for universities, and I am pleased to say that it has exceeded my expectations. I have learned about designing, constructing, and operating marine structures and systems, as well as studying ocean and coastal processes. For example, I have presented papers at international conferences for instance the 9th Program of International Platform on Ocean Energy for Young Researchers 2022, participated in a competitive Summer Academic Program at Padjadjaran University, where I was recognized as the top performer and presenter, and attended the International Cultural Program and other relevant activities. I have been studying in university of hasanuddin for the last six month , it is not long time but If I have to talk about my experiment I would say that for the environment it is very good , and for the indonesian students are helpful , for the challenges that I have got in this period I would say the firstly the language , Because I can not speak indonesian language ( at least until now ) and there is no international class for foreign student ( even if there international class they also study in indonesian language ) it was pretty difficult for me to study , but I think with time it is been more easy because I started to learn indonesian language , secondly I would say not good definition of the teaching ways (technics) used in the campus, which may be known (obvious) to students and lecturers within the university, but for foreign students, they may be new, whether in relation to studies or daily activities in the campus or even during lectures. I want to add that for some challenges, it depends to a large extent on the student in solving them, such as the challenge of language and adaptation to the atmosphere of the university, in addition to that the lecturers and officials at the university help the students (Mohamed Mahmood, Civil Engineering Student)

Hasanuddin University is a great institution that provides an excellent learning environment. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, and the professors are knowledgeable and supportive. I found my department of Informatics, to be particularly fascinating. My lecturer has been very supportive and has helped me to develop my skills and knowledge in this field.
